Accessibility statement

DonorBeam is working to make its website and product experiences usable with a keyboard, screen reader, zoom, reduced motion, and phone-width layouts. This is a current commitment, not a claim of formal certification.

Current approach

  • Semantic headings, landmarks, form labels, and a skip-to-content link.
  • Visible keyboard focus and accessible state labels for navigation and demo controls.
  • Responsive layouts tested at desktop and common phone widths.
  • Automated WCAG checks supplemented by keyboard and visual review.

Independent review

DonorBeam has not completed an independent accessibility conformance audit and does not currently publish a formal conformance report. We continue to test key journeys and address barriers as they are identified.

Report a barrier

Email support@donorbeam.com with the page, task, browser or assistive technology, and what prevented completion. We will acknowledge the report and work with you on an alternative path.
