Pilot service boundaries

This page is an operational summary, not a public offer or click-through agreement. Any customer pilot requires a signed order, service terms, and data processing terms approved by both parties.
Authorized use
The current environment is for invited evaluation with synthetic data and Stripe test mode. Users may not submit live donor data, process real payments, probe other tenants, or represent preview features as delivered capabilities.
Production pilots
A production pilot will identify included features, fees, payment ownership, support, availability targets, data retention, security responsibilities, migration scope, refund and dispute procedures, and termination assistance.
Third-party services
Stripe, Google, email, hosting, and database services remain subject to their own availability, eligibility, verification, and pricing. DonorBeam will not promise processor rates or nonprofit discounts that a provider has not approved.
