This page is an operational summary. Customer use is governed by the order, service terms, and data-processing terms agreed by the parties.
Authorized use
Use DonorBeam only for lawful fundraising and organization activity you are authorized to manage. Do not probe another organization’s workspace, interfere with the service, upload malicious content, or attempt to bypass access controls.
Customer responsibilities
Organizations are responsible for their account users, fundraising content, donor communications, refund decisions, legal disclosures, and the accuracy of information they provide. Customer terms define the selected service, fees, support, data handling, and termination assistance.
Third-party services
Stripe, Google, email, hosting, database, and connected services remain subject to their own availability, eligibility, verification, and pricing. DonorBeam does not control a provider’s rates or service decisions.
